Service Description

Hit it Dance is where dance meets fitness and expression. Each class is designed to help you escape the mind and drop into your body through movement that feels freeing, challenging, and alive. Classes are open-level and accessible to all, with choreography that naturally grows more dynamic as you give more of yourself. Each 60-minute session includes a full dynamic warm-up, dance choreography, and a cool-down infused with affirmations to help carry the energy beyond the studio.
