Soleful Sundaze is for the sole! It is much more than just a heels class. We will have mimosas, affirmations, prayer, yoga and a whole lot of dancing! The only things you need to bring are YOU, your best gals, an open mind/heart and knee pads. Heels are optional but are highly encouraged!
