Hit it! Healing classes are for those who desire to make dance their preferred form of personal expression. This class is a goal-oriented and therapeutic movement class. This is your journey; I'm here to help guide you through it.
You do not need dance experience to take these classes as they've been cultivated to fit every-body. All you need to bring is water, a yoga mat, and an open mind. Are you ready? Hit it!
